Morning Call Phillies beat writer Stephen Gross is in Clearwater, Fla., at the Phils’ spring training camp. His observations from Thursday: •Present and accounted for Cesar Hernandez arrived Thursday making him the last of the expected starting position players to show up to camp. His arrival coincided with the day all players were required to report for physicals. All players were in camp on time ahead of the first day of full squad workouts on Friday. •No bullpens Pitchers followed much of the same routine as they have over the past few days with PFP and pepper but one difference was none of them threw a bullpen. The Phillies plan to have all hitters take live batting practice Friday on the first day of full squad workouts and pitching coach Bob McClure wanted to give the pitchers the day off prior to that.
