The former Miss Universe, 24, was training for the Skeleton event when she ran into trouble. In scenes that will air on Sunday, the I’m A Celebrity beauty is lying on a small sled face forward. “Wait, wait Marcus, wait. Can I just gather my thoughts for a sec?” she asks nervously as she waits to set off from the top of the tall icy slide. “Ok, so I’m going to enjoy this, right?” she continues after psyching herself up. Cameras then catch her speeding down the slide on her front before she smashes into a wall. Former Olympic athlete Graham Bell, providing the commentary, says: “Amy is on. Big slide. Big slide! She’s off! Crashed.” As she continues to glide down the slide, seemingly motionless, someone yells, “We need a medic!” Amy’s crash comes after Sir Bradley Wiggins was forced to pull out of the show after fracturing his leg.
